Ultimately responsible for AeroStar’s decisions and the vitality and development of the enterprise. As the CEO, Mr. Coyle has overall direction, negotiation, and decision-making authority. He leads the Executive Team and retains final approval authority for all significant contracts and agreements.
Responsible for AeroStar’s management, financial decisions, and personnel matters. As COO, Mr. Gill plans, directs, and oversees AeroStar’s policies, objectives, and initiatives, ensuring resource optimization, planning, and day-to-day & continuity of operations. He is the lead representative with major customers, suppliers, investment professionals, governments, professional associations, and similar groups. Short- and long-term projections and operational assessments fall within his purview. He is also the lead on all significant negotiations.
Responsible for product development, innovation, and systems integration. As CTO, Mr. Gembusia oversees the creation of technology to meet market and practical applications, manages a team of inventors, innovators, and assessment professionals, and leads the organization in applying technology solutions to business opportunities. He is the authority on the application of AeroStar’s technology to client and prospective customer challenges.
Responsible for AeroStar’s compliance, due diligence, and contract matters. Mr. Spaulding is advisor to the Executive Team. As GC, Mr. Spaulding oversees the legal work of outside counsels, assists operational components in navigating regulatory and institutional systems, and conducts assessments of operational activities and personnel matters. He is AeroStar’s head legal counsel and representative.
